You will translate product objectives into executable plans, promote reliable software, and advance responsible AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating architecture and guiding technical decisions across client apps, APIs, and cloud services.
• Experience leading complex engineering organizations with multiple workstreams.
• Experience delivering customer-facing software across client/server/full-stack systems.
• Experience with release lifecycles and service deployments.
• Experience operating production services with observability and reliability focus.
• Proven track record of improving engineering quality and team capability.
• Ability to coach engineers across career stages with clarity and care.
• Understanding AI‑assisted engineering and AI-powered product implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, recruit, and retain engineers across client, server, and full‑stack teams.

• Stay technically engaged through architecture, design, code, and reviews with partners.

• Improve resilience, scalability, and performance of 24/7 services and incident response.
• Evaluate and advance responsible uses of AI across development and operations.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Security to communicate priorities and risks.
