Job summary

Netflix Virginia, USA is seeking a lead Product Designer to push the limits of connecting with players through games on Netflix. You will own the end-to-end design process—from blue-sky concepts to UX specs and polished UI—while working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, engaging experiences.

The ideal candidate has leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong track record with UX/UI, A/B testing, and data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Foster areas of strong focus, design perspective, and align the organization through a clear vision.
Identify, define and drive innovation initiatives and product features from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with a small team of designers and cross-functional partners to explore, test, and scale community gaming experiences on Netflix.
Collaborate with internal and external game studios to design and deliver new platform features that can be scaled.
Own the end-to-end design process—from blue-sky concept exploration to UX specs and high-quality UI designs, working closely with cross-functional partners to balance clarity and speed to an impactful delivery.
Create and maintain positive relationships and collaborations with partners.
