UserWise is building an AI-assisted game production team focused on mobile games globally. We’re seeking a senior game designer with strong product management understanding to identify, validate, and scale new game products, balancing design skill with data and AI-driven workflows.

You’ll own the what and why behind the product, prototype concepts quickly, and work with leadership to evolve how AI informs design, prototyping, and LiveOps.

Formación

• 6+ years in mobile games, ideally across casual or hybrid-casual products.
• Strong game design with product ownership.
• Experience taking games from concept to launch and post-launch iterations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate new game opportunities through market analysis and data.
• Own AI-assisted game design across core loops, systems, progression, and monetization.
• Prototype and validate concepts using AI-assisted tools.
• Define success metrics and advise on scaling or killing ideas.
• Prioritize features based on player impact and business potential.
