Job summary

Enduring Games in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Unreal Engine 5 developer to advance our gameplay systems, tooling, and pipelines. You will help implement core features, optimize components, and collaborate across design and art to deliver engaging experiences.

The role emphasizes blueprint-driven workflows, AI behaviors, and UI widgets, with additional opportunities to work with C++, MEL/Python APIs and cross‑platform targets including consoles. Join a passionate team building high‑end games.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 development, pipeline, and tools.
• Experience with UE Blueprint creation and component optimization.
• Experience with level layout and player package (movement, abilities).
• Experience with high-level AI (controller, behavior trees, inheritance).
• Experience with UI design and creation of widgets.
• Experience with complex scripting.
• Profile and capture tools experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of C++, C#, and MEL/Maya or MEL/Python APIs is a plus.
• Console development experience is a plus.
• UE4/UE3 experience is a plus.
