Job summary

MobilityWare is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own end-to-end analytics for multiple games, turning complex product questions into actionable strategies and experiments. You will partner with Product Management, Ad Serving, Marketing, and Game Design to inform decisions and drive game performance.

Responsibilities include designing and interpreting A/B tests, shaping the product roadmap, building AI-powered self-serve analytics, defining KPIs and dashboards, and mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or data analytics, including 1+ years at a senior level.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Strong grasp of experimental design and statistics.
• Ability to connect analysis to business strategy and present clear recommendations.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools to automate analytics workflows.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or teaching data practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests for game features and monetization strategies.
• Lead strategic analyses of player behavior and game systems to find growth opportunities.
• Build AI-powered self-serve agents and workflows for data questions.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards tracking game performance across player types and systems.
• Write tracking specs with designers and engineers for measurement from day one.
• Prioritize data requests for supported games balancing quick-turn and high-impact work.
• Mentor junior analysts and present findings and business impact to leadership.
