Kinder's is expanding its global Talent function and seeks a contract Recruiter to scale hiring across G&A functions. You’ll partner with business leaders, design interview plans, and own end-to-end recruiting in a fast-growing environment.

We’re looking for 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing, and experience with Greenhouse ATS. This contract role offers an hourly rate and a dynamic, owner-driven culture at Kinder's in Walnut Creek.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions (G&A).
• Experience hiring across Finance, HR, IT, Ops, etc. in high-growth settings.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience with structured interviewing and competency-based assessment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across various functions from intake to offer close and onboarding transition.
• Lead intake conversations to clarify role scope, success outcomes, and growth trajectory.
• Design interview plans assessing current capability and future scale.
• Drive alignment with hiring managers on calibration, feedback and timelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches with speed, quality, and rigor.
