Applied Intuition is seeking a Senior G&A Recruiter in the United States to partner with G&A leadership, design hiring strategies, and close exceptional talent across finance, legal, people, and other business functions. This temporary remote-friendly role emphasizes automation and a strong talent brand in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience in finance, legal, people, or other G&A functions.
• Proven track record of closing roles in a fast-growing, high-stakes environment.

Job description

• As a Senior G&A Recruiter at Applied Intuition, you will partner closely with G&A leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that attract, evaluate, and close exceptional talent across finance, legal, people, and other business functions in a highly competitive talent market
• This is an exciting opportunity to join a top growth company and play a business-critical role in scaling commercial teams in the company
• This is a temporary role with flexibility for remote applicants that meet our role requirements
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent across finance, legal, people, and other G&A functions
• Partner with G&A leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs, team design, and long-term talent strategy
• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and increase recruiting productivity
• Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess functional expertise, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Applied’s values
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and proliferate a compelling talent brand externally
• Successfully negotiate and close candidates to fill critical roles with time sensitivity and rigor

Requirements

• Experience working with technical leaders and closing roles to meet our hiring goals
• 6+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong track record hiring finance, legal, people, or other G&A talent

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
