Job summary

WSFS Bank seeks an experienced FX Operations leader to oversee reconciliations and trade life cycle within the Capital Markets portfolio. You will manage daily processes across nostro accounts, ensure accuracy in P&L and month-end close, and lead improvements in reporting and controls while partnering with FX Product and Technology teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of Swift MT/MX messaging, OFAC screening, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dynamic FX Operations department with consistent results.
• Subject matter expert in FX systems functionality, controls, and throughput.
• Experience with month-end closes, P&L and reconciliations of GL accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reconciliations for FX Ops general ledger and nostro accounts.
• Manage daily trade production and lifecycle within the portfolio.
• Support FX policy updates and annual reviews.
• Lead projects and drive improvements in reporting and efficiency.
• Provide high-touch service to Capital Markets customers.
