Job summary

Kelly seeks a Senior Trade Management Analyst in Jersey City, NJ to support institutional trading activity within a global financial services environment. As part of the team, you will manage trade allocations, booking, lifecycle processing and position monitoring, investigate breaks and reconciliations, and respond to institutional client inquiries.

You will also work with exchanges and clearing systems, focusing on data integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant Trade/Derivatives Operations experience.
Strong knowledge of Futures / Listed Derivatives; OTC Clearing or Equity Options experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience with trade lifecycle, breaks, reconciliations and position management.
Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven financial services environment.

Responsibilities

Manage trade allocations, booking, lifecycle processing and position monitoring.
Investigate and resolve trade breaks, exceptions and reconciliation issues.
Support execution desks and respond to institutional client inquiries.
Handle position transfers, reporting, static data and data integrity checks.
Work with exchanges, clearing systems and internal/external stakeholders.
Monitor operational metrics, trends and client activity.
Contribute to process improvements, new workflows and strategic projects.
Support risk, controls, compliance and operational efficiency initiatives.
