Job summary

Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is seeking a Senior Fusion Product Engineer to lead the design, configuration, and integration of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform across enterprise systems. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and enterprise integrations to deliver scalable, secure solutions that strengthen risk oversight and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of software development experience preferred.
Two or more years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting the Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform.
Experience delivering enterprise platform implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Configure, enhance, and support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance platform capabilities.
Design, develop, and implement integrations between the Fusion platform and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects on translating business needs into tech solutions.
Provide ongoing production support, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Apply secure software development practices and support audit and compliance initiatives.
