Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a Product Engineer to advance the Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance Platform, shaping risk oversight and regulatory compliance. You will design, configure, and integrate enterprise solutions, collaborating with product managers and business partners to deliver robust, auditable systems.

The role emphasizes secure development practices, data integrity, and seamless deployment across complex environments, with strong emphasis on risk and controls alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting the Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform.
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions for risk programs.
• Seven or more years of software development experience preferred; 2+ years with Fusion platform.

Responsibilities

• Governance, Risk, and Compliance Platform Development: configure and support platform capabilities for risk oversight, compliance, and controls.
• Integration and Solution Development: design, develop, and implement integrations between Fusion and enterprise apps.
• Product Delivery and Collaboration: translate business needs into technical designs and plans; support deployments.
• Operational Excellence: provide production support, performance monitoring, and documentation.
• Security, Risk, and Compliance: apply secure SDLC, align with regulatory standards, support audits.
