Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Plainsboro, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager of Funnel Performance & Optimization to own the end-to-end consumer funnel. You will define funnel KPIs, identify critical drop-offs, and build a prioritized optimization agenda to drive conversion across access, prescription, fulfillment, onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field; master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years in growth, conversion-rate optimization, performance marketing or lifecycle marketing, with direct ownership of a funnel metric.
• Fluent with product and web analytics and experimentation platforms; comfortable in SQL or working through analysts to get answers quickly.
• Experience prioritizing a backlog by opportunity size, with a model you can show.
• Experience with multi-step funnels involving third parties (payments, identity verification, insurance, prescriptions, onboarding).
• Pharmaceutical experience is not required; growth from consumer tech, fintech, digital health, marketplaces, subscription or insurance is desired.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end funnel performance, defining KPIs and progression.
• Identify and size the most significant drop-off points and opportunities.
• Prioritize the funnel optimization roadmap by impact, confidence, urgency and effort.
• Translate opportunities into actionable briefs for cross-functional teams and execute.
• Lead the experimentation portfolio: backlog, measurement approach and readouts.
• Mobilize cross-functional execution across teams owning different stages and surfaces.
• Connect demand to conversion by ensuring acquisition aligns with the funnel experience.
• Measure impact and reprioritize by learning from tests and outcomes.
• Create regular visibility of funnel performance for CMES leadership.
