Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth, conversion-rate optimization, performance marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experimentation: designed, launched and analyzed many tests.
• Fluent with product and web analytics; comfortable with SQL or working with analysts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end funnel performance with defined KPIs and stages.
• Identify significant drop-offs, quantify opportunities, and prioritize fixes.
• Maintain a prioritized funnel optimization roadmap based on impact and effort.
• Translate opportunities into clear briefs for cross-functional teams.
• Lead the experimentation portfolio and measure results.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and clarify ownership.
• Connect demand to conversion and validate interventions.
• Create regular funnel performance visibility for leadership.
