The Outreach Team in New York is seeking a Lead Director to manage a dynamic fundraising canvassing operation across NYC and Long Island. This full-time role offers a base weekly salary of $1,800 with a yearly figure of $93,600, plus performance-based bonuses.

Expect a 50-hour work week and year-round position starting immediately. You will lead a team of 8–12 staff, train and coach, and develop plans to reach donor targets while canvassing four days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Must have leadership experience and ability to motivate and manage a large team.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; able to train staff and manage schedules.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team that meets or exceeds weekly and monthly donor acquisition, donor retention and average gift amount goals.
• Develop strategic plans to reach constituencies in assigned locations.
• Lead by example by canvassing independently and/or with staff four days per week on average to achieve individual and team acquisition goals.
• Create fundraiser schedules, oversee daily logistics, track field and donor information, and ensure tools and technology are available and functional.
• Oversee onboarding and interview candidates when needed.
