Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a Lead Director in New York to drive donor acquisition and retention targets while leading a field team. You will develop strategic plans, oversee weekly goals, and participate in canvassing to set the example for performance.

You will manage a paid team of 8–12 staff, coach leaders, and maintain high performance standards with regular feedback and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams.
• Proven ability to motivate staff to meet goals.
• Ability to train and coach field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that meets weekly/monthly donor goals.
• Develop strategic plans to reach constituencies in assigned locations.
