Pay Range

This range is provided by Allied Benefit Systems. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter for details.

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Position Summary

The Senior Funding Analyst manages workflows of the ASO Funding team, including training staff, researching inquiries, and process improvements. Supports team members to meet quality and KPI standards.

Essential Functions
  • Audit and reconcile financial data using Excel and other tools.
  • Collaborate with the Funding Manager on training plans.
  • Assist with system modifications to meet needs.
  • Handle stop loss calculations and audits.
  • Post financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile claim fund reports weekly and monthly.
  • Support special projects and document processes.
  • Resolve funding issues independently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in Financial Operations; 1-2 years in funding or medical stop loss.
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; Access experience is a plus.
  • Claims processing experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, goal-driven problem solver.
