Job summary

Lord Abbett & Co. LLC is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to join Global Fund Finance in Jersey City. The role focuses on strengthening risk-based fund oversight across NAV, financial and regulatory reporting, and governance with internal teams, service providers and auditors.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in asset management or fund oversight, strong analytics, and advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of asset management or fund oversight experience.
• Working knowledge of registered investment companies and U.S. GAAP for investment companies.
• Experience reviewing fund financial statements and SEC filings.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risk and propose solutions.
• Interpersonal skills and cross-functional teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV calculations and fund operations with accounting agents.
• Review fund financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Support disclosure controls and executive certifications.
• Assist strategic product initiatives, reorganizations, mergers or liquidations.
• Develop dashboards, metrics and reporting tools for transparency and accountability.
