Job summary

Faropoint, established in 2012, is a pure-play RE fund manager focusing on last-mile industrial warehouses across the US. The Fund Finance group handles financial statement packages, investor reporting, and KPI delivery to leadership and investors.

This role supports monthly and quarterly closes, tax and regulatory filings, and process improvements with a focus on data integrity and efficient reporting. Competitive compensation includes base salary, bonus, benefits, PTO, and 401k match.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in public accounting or private equity fund finance/accounting.
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance or real estate private equity roles is a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to analyze financial statements.
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare quarterly and annual financial statement packages including investor capital reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis of financial results against budgets, forecasts, and actuals; communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing KPI analysis for senior management, investors, lenders, regulators, etc.
• Coordinate fund administration with external administrators and advisors.
