The Role The Director of Investor Relations & Operations owns the investor experience after commitment: onboarding, capital calls, statements, tax and legal obligations, and the fund administrator relationship. The role gives the department its first senior investor operations lead in the US. The department is building the platform to raise $2 billion a year and to service 50 institutional LPs and 750 high-net-worth investors. In 2027, it intends to raise capital for a Core+ strategy, a value-add Fund V, and additional SMAs and co-investments. Each new vehicle adds closings, side letters, capital calls, and reporting obligations. This role is accountable for meeting them on time and without error.
Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
