Green Key Resources in New York City is seeking a Senior Fund Finance professional for a $65B+ assets under management alternative asset manager specializing in credit, real estate, private equity, and asset-backed lending. You will support capital activity, investor transactions, and documentation, acting as a coordination hub between internal teams, investors, and the external fund administrator.

Responsibilities

• Operationally focused role supporting capital activity, investor transactions, and documentation
• Serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams, investors, and the firm’s external fund administrator
• Manage and review subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, distributions, and other investor-related activity
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documentation and investor records
• Work closely with the fund administrator to reconcile activity, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely processing

Senior Fund Finance opportunity with a $65B+ AUM pioneering alternative asset manager, primarily focused on credit, real estate, private equity, and asset-backed lending.

COMPENSATION

• Base - $115,000 to $135,000 (Stretch Me On Comp)
• Total Compensation - $155,000 to $175,000
• Commensurate with experience
