Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in investment management, fund operations, fund expense administration, or related finance function.
• Experience managing high-volume invoice processing, expense administration, or fund expense oversight.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply legal agreements and fund governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead expense remediation and reimbursement initiative representing more than $30M in activity.
• Manage fund expense reimbursements, invoice processing, approval workflows, and payment administration.
• Review governing documents and investment guidelines to allocate expenses across funds.
• Partner with Tax, Accounting, Legal, and Operations to resolve complex expense allocation and reimbursement matters.
• Develop management and board reporting related to expense activity, aging, and fund-level trends.
