This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct exposure to senior executives and a chance to help shape the firm's financial operations and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of fund accounting experience, with a focus on private equity secondaries or fund-of-funds.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior finance experience.
• Strong background in private equity secondaries or fund-of-funds accounting.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing fund accounting, operations, and financial reporting across complex secondaries vehicles.
• Building and enhancing scalable processes, controls, and operating infrastructure.
• Partnering with senior leadership, investment teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Overseeing fund-level budgets, liquidity projections, and new product initiatives.
• Driving automation, technology, and operational improvements.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members.
