Qualifications

• CPA preferred; 15+ years of public and/or private accounting experience.
• Significant experience in secondaries or fund-of-funds with fund structures and reporting.
• Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise.
• Ability to own financial responsibilities for high-growth asset classes.
• Experience in improving operating models and scalable processes.
• Emphasis on technology, automation and AI integration.
• Strong quantitative and analytical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, operations and financial reporting of products across the S3 strategy.
• Advance the strategy’s target operating model and build scalable infrastructure, processes and controls to support growth.
• Oversee data governance across vendors, third party admins, and portfolio monitoring systems.
• Analyze budgets across Fund entities and liquidity projections; assist in RFP planning.
• Oversee client requests during episodic fundraising campaigns.
• Partner with Deal Team, Client Teams, Corporate, Operations, Marketing, Tax, Legal and Technology.
• Provide coaching and review of junior team members; lead strategic projects for senior leadership.
