Connect Search, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional for a hybrid role in Chicago, IL. This full-time position involves overseeing the finance team for daily-priced registered funds and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a private equity environment and be adept at managing relationships with various financial service providers. A compelling benefits package and a base salary of $200,000 - $250,000 plus a 35% bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within private equity / alternative fund environment.

Responsibilities

• Development of the US Finance team and establishing the target operating model for daily-priced registered funds.
• Manage relationships with fund administrator, transfer agent, custodian, and auditors.
• Partner with Data Intelligence & Analytics and Technology to mature the daily NAV platform.
• Oversee the end-to-end daily NAV production cycle.
