Qualifications

• CPA designation is required.
• 6+ years in fund accounting or fund administration in PE/VC/hedge funds.
• Strong knowledge of private fund accounting, partnership accounting, and complex structures.
• Experience with NAV calculations, capital accounts, and capital calls.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and fund administrators.

Responsibilities

• Own fund accounting and financial reporting across a multi-vehicle portfolio.
• Manage preparation/review of financial statements; coordinate audits.
• Lead capital calls and distributions from calc to execution with investor notices.
• Serve as senior reviewer for technical accounting and fund structures.
• Review tax/regulatory reporting across funds with external advisors.
• Provide accounting expertise on new investments and entity changes.
• Identify process improvements via automation and scalable systems.
