Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
- Series 7 and Series 24 required at hire; Series 66 or 63/65 required within 6 months.
- 10+ years in mutual fund operations or client servicing with leadership.
- Hands-on transfer agency experience; knowledge of broker-dealer operations.
- Familiarity with fund prospectuses and retirement account servicing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Retail and Intermediary desks including call center and inquiries.
- Oversee transfers, NSCC activity, and fund activity clearing with intermediaries.
- Shape fund lifecycle with product, legal, compliance, and PM teams.
- Lead and develop client service teams; drive AI-driven process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to fund prospectuses and reporting obligations.
