Job summary
Neuberger seeks a Senior Manager to lead Funds Client Services & Support, overseeing the Retail desk, Intermediary desk, and the external transfer agent for 40 Act funds. You will manage NSCC processing, guide clients through transfers, and ensure a white-glove experience for distribution partners.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of mutual fund operations or client servicing experience.
- Experience managing teams in a transfer agency or fund servicing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and vendor oversight experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Retail and Intermediary desks, including call center and investor inquiries.
- Oversee trading across omnibus and direct accounts and share class exchanges.
- Provide a high-touch service model for broker-dealers and retirement platforms.
- Guide clients through transfers, distributions, exchanges, and eligible shares.
- Draft client communications and Board reporting; support offshore funds distribution.
- Oversee transfer agent activity, NSCC, and risk management; ensure fund compliance.
