Job summary

TalentPartners is seeking a Senior Private Equity Accountant for a primarily remote role in the United States. The role involves complex private equity fund accounting, NAV packages, and investor reporting.

You will mentor junior accountants, review work, and help build scalable processes while collaborating with audit and tax partners to ensure accurate financial statements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in private equity fund accounting is preferred.
• Ability to review junior staff and support onboarding.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and tax schedules.

Responsibilities

• Record fund activity using Investran and reconcile cash.
• Prepare NAV packages, investor reports, capital calls, and distributions.
• Calculate management fees, allocations, carried interest, and waterfalls.
• Coordinate with audit and tax partners and prepare financial statements.
