• Experience in fund accounting, private funds, or real estate accounting is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills; Yardi and Juniper Square experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience reviewing third-party administrator or offshore accounting work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting activities, including capital calls, distributions, management fees, and investor capital accounts.
• Coordinate cash management, payment processing, debt reporting, and loan funding activities.
• Review consolidated financial reports and accounting records across funds and co-investment entities.
• Partner with investment and property accounting teams on asset valuations and transaction accounting.
• Support external audits and contribute to process improvements.
