Glocap Search seeks an Associate to join its Accounting team within a growing private markets investment platform in New York. You will work closely with senior accounting professionals and support day-to-day operations for private investment funds.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, reviewing investment activity, coordinating with third-party fund administrators, and assisting with quarterly financial statements, audits, and tax-related activities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of accounting experience.
• Public accounting or fund administration experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
• Interest in developing expertise within the private markets/investment management industry.
