Brown Advisory in Baltimore seeks a Senior Fund Operations Analyst with 2-5 years’ experience supporting hedge funds and private equity operations. The role requires a strong understanding of fund structures, NAV calculations and reconciliation processes.
The successful candidate will work with cross‑functional teams including Client Service and Portfolio Managers, handling investor subscriptions, redemptions and communications with fund administrators, custodians and auditors.

The Alternative Funds Administration Team is seeking a detailed oriented Senior Fund Operations Analyst with 2-5 years’ working experience supporting hedge funds and private equity operations, to fill a role in our Baltimore office. Strong understanding of fund structures, NAV calculations and reconciliation processes are key requirements.
CPA Level
MD Salary Range: $80-$105k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
