Job summary

SEI Corporation in Oaks, PA is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for hedge and private equity funds. You will supervise a team, onboard new funds, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting under GAAP.

The role requires at least 5 years in fund services, 2 years in leadership, and strong Excel skills. You will support year-end audits, enforce AML policies, and drive process improvements and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fund services industry, alternatives experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client contact for offshore and domestic fund accounting.
• Oversee onboarding of new fund setups and team delegation.
• Review month-end valuations and approve distributions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and AML policies.
