Welltower Inc. seeks a detail-oriented professional with a strong accounting foundation in fund accounting and real estate private equity to manage investor reporting and financial statements.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, reconciliations, and compliant reporting across fund levels and investor statements. This on-site position in Dallas offers a competitive package and growth opportunities within a leading healthcare real estate platform.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate private equity, fund accounting, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or similar.
• CPA or equivalent strongly desired; Master’s/CFA/CAIA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property-level, fund-level, and investor performance calculations (IRR, equity multiple, carry, etc.).
• Prepare quarterly/annual financial statements, footnotes, investor reports, and NAV statements.
• Consolidate in U.S. GAAP and fair value basis; manage general ledger, fees, allocations, and consolidation.
