Job summary

Petra Funds Group is seeking a seasoned fund accountant to join a client-facing team responsible for private equity, credit funds, and SPVs. The role builds the internal review function from the ground up and reports to the client Controller.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of fund accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and excellent Excel skills. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of fund accounting experience in asset management or private equity/credit managers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review capital activity and investor allocations.
• Review close packages, allocations, distribution waterfalls, and NAV build.
• Coordinate treasury activities: wires, funding schedules, and cash reconciliation.
• Support K-1 preparation and audit deliverables.
