Qualifications

• Capability to perform core accounting services including processing transactions and preparing financial statements.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions and perform bank reconciliations to monitor liquidity.
• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements and footnotes with supporting workpapers.
• Compile partner capital account information and manage investor capital calls and distributions.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide documentation for their review.
