Job summary

Petrafundsgroup is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to manage accounting processes for private equity fund service clients. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and overseeing capital activity and cash management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in accounting, preferably with private equity or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review capital contribution and distribution calculations.
• Manage timelines established with the client to ensure deliverables are met.
• Coordinate the communication of investor notices.
