You will handle internal fund accounting, GL maintenance, and capital allocation, while supporting investor reporting and audits. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in private equity, leveraged finance, hedge funds, or public accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis.
• Experience with Workday, Access or Wall Street Office is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools thoughtfully in daily work.
• Willingness to work in-office in downtown Chicago and contribute to a strong team culture.

Responsibilities

• Support fund accounting and reporting across investment vehicles (US GAAP + partnership agreements).
• Maintain the general ledger and streamline automated entries.
• Prepare capital allocation schedules, including complex incentive fee calculations.
• Support investor reporting, capital calls, and distributions.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Investor Relations and Leadership on fund operations.
• Assist with financial statement prep and external audit support.

What we're looking for:
