Geneva Search Partners LLC in Chicago, IL is seeking a fund accounting professional to manage monthly and quarterly closes, investor reporting, and NAV-related processes for a premier investment management firm.

This role offers exposure to front office and investment teams, with potential for career progression in a fast-paced, high-performance culture and a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). Competitive compensation and strong year-end bonuses are available.

Competenze

• 2-10 years of experience in public accounting or fund accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Exposure to private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments preferred.
• CPA or progress toward certification a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage fund accounting activities for private investment vehicles, including monthly/quarterly closes and investor reporting.
• Prepare and review NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and financial statements.
• Support waterfall calculations and performance reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with external administrators and auditors.
• Assist with process improvements as the firm scales.
