Milliner Talent Solutions, in partnership with a growing investment management firm, seeks a Senior Fund Accountant to join its accounting team. You will contribute to day-to-day fund accounting activities and help scale operations as the firm grows.

Qualificações

• 1-4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in fund accounting or investment management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day accounting for investment funds, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with capital calls, investor distributions, redemptions and related transactions.
• Review fees and carried interest calculations.
• Support NAV calculations and monthly close.
• Prepare financial statements and investor reports.
• Maintain supporting schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax preparers.
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data for reporting.
• Identify process improvements for reporting and efficiency.
