What You’ll Do

• Own the monthly accounting process, from recording investment activities to reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
• Partner with leadership to deliver accurate reporting and compliance, including lender reports and regulatory filings
• Support financial and tax audits, working directly with external auditors and tax preparers
• Play a key role in preparing tax compliance documents such as 1099s, franchise tax, and annual registration filings
• Contribute to continuous process improvements while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience (Big 4, real estate funds or private equity a strong plus)
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with eFront or similar systems is a bonus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal
