My client, an up-and-coming firm specializing in Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, is looking to expand their team by hiring several Senior Fund Accountants to serve their growing client base.

Experience in private equity fund accounting is highly preferred; however, experience in other asset classes is also acceptable.

• Perform daily accounting activities for assigned funds, including NAV calculations, cash reconciliations, portfolio valuation, expense accruals, and investor capital activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, investor reports, and regulatory filings in accordance with GAAP and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and funds, including setting up accounting systems and processes.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in public, corporate, or fund accounting, preferably with financial services clients.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles; private equity experience is a significant plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, open-minded, and diligent environment.
