About The Role :
We are looking for a Senior Property Accountant for CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions, an exciting and growing environment. This contributor will set up and coordinate SPV accounting for property companies, supporting preparation of regular monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages.

New York Residents : CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
