Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury functions, including reconciliations and cash reporting.
• Post journal entries and support quarterly reporting cycles.
• Assist in GAAP financial statement preparation.
• Handle capital calls, distributions, and investor inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients and teammates to deliver excellence.
• Maintain and review SOC-1 internal control procedures.
• Weekly maintenance of internal client deliverable schedules.
• Drive teams and clients to provide educated proposals and timelines.

What We’re Looking For:
