Job summary

Navaide is seeking a Senior Functional Project Manager to lead execution of a DoD financial management contract from the Pentagon area. The role requires onsite presence, authority to act for the contractor on daily operation, and close collaboration with Government stakeholders to drive cost, schedule, and performance success.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in program management, strong communication with government leaders, and DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business consulting, process improvement, strategy, or financial management.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Local candidates must reside in the Pentagon/NCR and be onsite 0800–1600 ET.
• Ability to manage project cost, schedule, and performance with integrated program management processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite Key Personnel Program Manager with authority to act for the Contractor.
• Oversee contractor personnel and subcontractors to satisfy PWS requirements and manage cost, schedule, and performance.
• Provide contract management, transition planning, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and value for the Government.
• Maintain a living PMP with roles, schedules, metrics, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate execution reviews, deliverable planning, and risk assessments.
• Review deliverables for quality and contract compliance.
• Maintain centralized repository for contract records and communications.
