Job summary

Navaide seeks a Mid-Level Financial Analyst to support the DC P&R/B&E Division in a government contract setting. This on-site role is based in the Pentagon area, with responsibilities including cost estimates, financial requirements analysis, and status reporting for Marine Corps programs, focusing on field-level execution and end-user training.

Qualifications

• 6+ years supporting Federal Financial Management and Marine Corps systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Navy/Marine Corps financial systems (PBIS, WYPC, CLR, DAI, ADVANA).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query and data analytics.
• Experience using Jira to log, prioritize, and track data issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support field-level execution monitoring and corrections reviewing checkpoints.
• Log, triage, and track corrections through a Jira-based issue queue with evidence of corrective action.
• Support current-year operational execution including ULO monitoring and reconciliation.
• Assist with development and delivery of DAI end-user training materials (UPKs, quick reference guides).
• Coordinate with the Functional Project Manager, Data Analyst, and Accounting Analyst on priorities.
• Communicate training content and system guidance to distributed Marine Corps users.
• Support weekly execution reviews and monthly reporting on training status and issues.
