Job summary

ManpowerGroup in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Functional Business Analyst to join the team. The role supports cross-functional teams, analyzes existing systems, and documents detailed requirements for ERP enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in business analysis, with SAP MDG/Fiori/S4HANA expertise, SQL and Ariba experience, and strong communication skills. A hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week is offered.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within ERP environments.
• Proficiency with SAP modules including MDG, FIORI, and S4/HANA
• Experience with SQL, Ariba sourcing, and S4 contract modules is highly preferred
• Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains
• Develop and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and wireframes
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to facilitate system enhancements and new software development
• Perform gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to meet business needs
• Support change management processes and oversee system configuration updates
