Clearwaters.IT in the United States is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams. This role partners with business users, IT teams, and leadership to elaborate and document requirements and manage them in an ALM tool.

A strong background in software development and Agile/SAFe practices is essential. The position is 100% remote with US residency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field with strong requirements experience.
• Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile requirements management for product teams and document functional, technical, and non-technical needs.
• Conduct user interviews and create business process models and specifications.
• Collaborate with customers, team members, and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Write and decompose user stories, set acceptance criteria, and maintain backlogs in Jira.
