Senior FullStack QA Engineer with Python (Programming language)

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in a Scrum team
• Analyze requirements, perform manual and automated testing, and release products
• Develop test documentation (checklists, test cases, quality reports) for manual and automated testing
• Automate test cases using the existing framework
• Tech stack: Python + Selenium: PyTest/Behave (Gherkin)
• Conduct functional and exploratory testing, including frontend, backend/API (primary focus), message queues, and other testing types
• Maintain and expand the automation testing framework
• Contribute to testing tools development (including mocks)
• Participate in CI/CD process improvements
• Coordinate work with teammates and other QA specialists
• Evaluate product quality and suggest process improvements for quality assurance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA, manual and automation testing
• Experience in functional/non-functional testing (grey-box, API, UI, acceptance, exploratory)
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing principles, test pyramid, and coverage strategies
• Excellent test documentation skills
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile frameworks
• Understanding of SDLC from requirements to deployment and monitoring
• Proficiency with Python testing frameworks (pytest, behave, etc.)
• Knowledge of modern QA practices and tools
• Experience with CI/CD systems
• Experience testing REST APIs and message queues
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like ELK, Sentry
• Independence, proactivity, and good communication skills
• Quick learner
• Good spoken and written English (B1+) and Russian

Nice to have:

• Load/stress/performance testing experience
• Kubernetes knowledge
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or similar complex domains
