Responsibilities:

• Be an active member of a Scrum team.
• Analyze requirements, perform manual and automated testing, and release products.
• Develop test documentation such as checklists, test cases, and quality reports for manual and automated testing.
• Automate test cases using the existing framework.
• Work with tech stack: Python + Selenium (PyTest/Behave with Gherkin).
• Conduct functional and exploratory testing, including frontend, backend/API, message queues, and perform various testing types.
• Maintain and enhance the automation testing framework.
• Participate in developing testing tools, including mocks.
• Contribute to CI/CD process improvements.
• Coordinate work with teammates and other QA members.
• Assess product quality and suggest process improvements for quality assurance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in QA, including manual and automation testing.
• Experience in functional/non-functional testing (backend, API, UI, exploratory, acceptance testing).
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing principles, and the test pyramid.
• Excellent quality of test documentation.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum or other agile frameworks.
• Understanding of SDLC, from requirements analysis to deployment and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python testing frameworks: pytest, behave, etc.
• Knowledge of modern QA practices, tools, and processes.
• Experience with CI/CD systems.
• Experience testing REST APIs and message queues.
• Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools like ELK and Sentry.
• Independence, proactivity, and good communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in English (B1+) and Russian.

Nice to have:

• Experience in load, stress, or performance testing.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or complex domains with heavy logic and integrations.
