Job summary

Brigit is seeking senior fullstack engineers to scale our next-generation consumer finance platform in the United States. The role offers the chance to manage both frontend and backend with technologies including Java, React, and Google Cloud. Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience as a software engineer.
• REST based services and API development experience mainly using Java.
• Experience building UI/UX for new features from end-to-end using React or React Native.
• Up-to-date grasp of the constantly evolving JS language standards, ES6 and beyond.
• Experience with SQL databases, constructing schemas, performing migrations and writing analytical queries.

Responsibilities

• Evolving the APIs supporting User flows to ensure a great user experience.
• Optimizing queries and relational database schema to ensure speedy response times.
• Integrating with new 3rd party APIs to serve millions of customers.
• Decreasing customer service workload by building improvements to the product or improving automated processes.
